Cabin Reservations:

Cabin reservations will be accepted the first business day following January 1st of the current calendar year. Cabins are available year round. Advanced reservations are suggested to insure availability for specific dates. A $20.00 deposit (per cabin) must be paid within 10 days after the reservation is made. The deposit is not refundable, but may be transferred to another date the same calendar year (please see the exception to this under "During Penn State Football Weekends" below). A $20.00 fee is charged for all returned checks. Checks should be made payable to "Penn State University".

Penn State Football Weekends:

There remains a $20 non-refundable deposit on all cabin rentals. Cabin rentals for Penn State football weekends must be rented for Friday and Saturday nights and need to be paid in full ten days after reservations are made. These reservations cannot be cancelled and deposits/fees cannot be refunded.

Four-Bed Cabins:

• PEAK EVENT: Arts Festival, PSU Home Football Games, Antlered Deer Season and Trout Season
• OFF-SEASON: January, February and March
• Below rates do not include the 6% occupancy tax.
