Penn State Harrisburg will admit Reading Area Community College (RACC) students with advanced standing who have successfully completed an associate degree. To facilitate this transfer RACC and PSH agree to a Dual Admission Program which provides students with articulated curricula that lead to a bachelor's degree at PSH. |
