This program may be started at any campus and is completed at Penn State University Park.

Students interested in discovering contemporary business strategies and solutions for the Earth's energy and environmental outlook will find this program a good fit. The EBF program combines training in business, economics, finance, and the physical sciences with a core of classes focusing on industries related to energy. The major helps students prepare for careers in the energy industry, climatological and meteorological businesses, and communications firms, as well as financial institutions, nonprofit groups, and international organizations dealing with energy issues. The curriculum also provides a strong base for further study in business, economics, law, and social sciences.

The B.S. in Energy, Business, and Finance is offered by the Penn State's College of Earth and Mineral Sciences.
