This program may be started at any campus and is completed at Penn State University Park.

Italian is the language of some 65 million residents of Italy and its islands, and a vital link to millions of Italians and their descendants who live on the American continents. Italian is the voice of one of the major, formative cultural traditions of the Western world. The Italian major offers thorough training in the language and a serious grounding in Italian culture and literature.

The B.A. degree in Italian is offered by Penn State's College of the Liberal Arts.
