This program may be started at any campus and is completed at Penn State University Park.
This major provides students with specialized training in the practical, theoretical, and legal aspects of work and the employment relationship, focusing on the problems, needs, and interests of employees and their organizations. The bachelor of arts degree program allows maximum flexibility, while bachelor of science students complete additional work in law, diversity, and analytical writing.
The B.A. and B.S. in Labor and Industrial Relations are offered by Penn State's College of the Liberal Arts.
