Graduates of this program attempt to restore the physically, psychologically, socially, vocationally, or economically disabled to their fullest possible capabilities. The program provides preparation for a variety of positions in rehabilitation in mental health, welfare, and employment services. Students can also prepare for graduate work in the helping professions.

The B.S. degree in Rehabilitation Services is offered by Penn State's College of Education.
