Degree Program Summary
The Penn State Degree Program Summary provides a listing of every baccalaureate and associate degree program offered at Penn State. For each program description, you will find the types of degrees offered (B.A., B.S., etc.), the names of any options within the program, campuses where the program can be completed, minimum number of credits required to complete the program, and other useful information.

The DUS Navigator
The DUS Navigator includes a variety of resources and activities for students who are exploring majors. Although it was designed for new, first-year students enrolled in the Division of Undergraduate Studies at the University Park campus, other students who are navigating their first year in college, especially those who are exploring majors, may also find The DUS Navigator helpful.

The DUS Navigator: A Guide for Exploratory Students in Transition
This version of The DUS Navigator is designed specifically for students who have completed one or more semesters of college courses and have now decided to explore alternative majors. Because exploratory students in transition feel a sense of urgency about deciding on an alternative educational plan quickly, this Web site takes into consideration students' past experiences in college and knowledge of college courses, policies, and procedures to accelerate the process of choosing a suitable alternative major.

- Alternative Majors: If you already have a major in mind and would like to find similar majors at Penn State based on the required courses, take a look at this application.
- Course Preferences: This interactive application will provide you with information about majors that are available to you based on the courses you decide not to take, because sometimes what you decide not to do is just as important as what you decide to do.
- Degree Audit: Ordinarily, a degree audit is used to check a student's progress toward graduation. However, you can also use an audit to help you evaluate a major by identifying the required courses, then learning about the characteristics of these courses and deciding how your personal characteristics fit with these courses.
- Exploring Majors: This application, available in the student, adviser, and prospective student sections of eLion, provides anecdotes from students who have experienced the process of exploring and choosing majors.
- Major Themes: This application will help you create a list of Penn State baccalaureate majors (at all campuses) that match your interests and other criteria.
- Science/Math Majors: This application will help you identify Penn State majors that match your interests and abilities in science- and math-related courses. By specifying the number of courses you would like to take in biology, chemistry, mathematics, and physics, you can (1) design your ideal major and (2) compare your ideal major to existing majors at Penn State.
