The Family Communication Division of the National Communication Association will present this year's award for Distinguished Book in Family Communication to Penn State Communication Arts & Sciences faculty member Michelle Miller-Day for her work, Communication Among Grandmothers, Mothers, and Adult Daughters: A Qualitative Study of Maternal Relationships (Lawrence Erlbaum, 2004).
