 Copyright Notice:

The copyright law of the United States (Title 17, United States Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted materials. Under certain conditions specified in the law, libraries and archives are authorized to furnish a photocopy or other reproduction. One of these specified conditions is that the photocopy or reproduction is not to be "used for any purpose other than private study, scholarship, or research." If a user makes a request for, or later uses, a photocopy or reproduction for purposes in excess of "fair use," that user may be liable for copyright infringement. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of copyright law.

MediaTech

Media Tech is a division of the university libraries established to provide instructional media (videos, film reels, audiocassettes, digital video discs (DVD), slide sets, etc.)

Use of the media collection is provided at no cost to faculty, staff, and students of Penn State.

Please use the MediaTech search to search and place requests for media materials. University Park will send an email confirmation to the patron once the request has been filled. The confirmation will have a client number for the patron to use each time a media tech request is placed. The items will be sent to the designated location. For items sent to Penn State Altoona, library staff will notify patrons via email upon arrival. The pickup location is at the library circulation desk (second floor). Patrons are to return items to the library. Staff will then return them to University Park.
