Issue Information

Please allow a minimum of two (2) business days for completion of all requests. We will try to accommodate requests as soon as possible within the constraints of the current workload. Requests with larger scopes may require more than two (2) days to complete. Do you need tables/chairs/etc. for your event? Do you need to pick up or have technology delivered & setup for your event? If so, please submit the appropriate requests after you submit your room reservation request. All request forms can be found at http://nk.psu.edu/assistance You agree to submit any other applicable Maintenance & Media Services requests for my event (if needed). Additionally, you understand there may be up to a 10 day lead-time notice requirement for Maintenance and Media Service Requests.
