Penn State's Community Recruitment Centers (CRCs) and regional recruiters assist undergraduate admissions and the University in meeting its commitment to recruitment, enrollment, and retention by serving as a focal point for the University in their local communities. They provide counseling on admissions procedures and University programs, financial aid, and career opportunities, as well as other services.
