Counselor Information Pages and Transcripts

An application for admission is not considered complete until we receive a transcript and a completed counselor information sheet from the student's high school. In addition to a counselor information sheet and transcript, we also request that counselors include a school profile about the high school that details how the school calculates grade-point averages.
