Lab activities occur in two different rooms in Hammond building. The larger lab is Room 144. This room currently houses the Falcon fuselage, horizontal tail, and one wing. This lab is also the primary facility for construction of R/C sailplanes and design competition projects. All raw materials and class equipment is stored in this laboratory.

Beginning in the spring of 2003, the class will obtain additional space in Room 14. This room will provide space necessary for construction of the first wing of the Easy-to-Build sailplane.
