The sailplane class typically takes one field trip during a semester. These trips are to sites that are pertinent to the hobby of soaring. Past trips include visits to the University of Toronto, Diamond Aircraft, and the National Soaring Museum in Elmira, NY. Below are pictures from the class trip to Elmira on February 11, 2003.
