Fluid Sensor Database

This database concentrates on fluid and mass flow sensors that have applications to the food industry; specifically in monitoring residual waste streams. This database is part of a project that is funded by the Center for Food Manufacturing in conjunction with the Penn State University. By using more modern, state of the art technology, accurately monitoring waste and waste streams is now possible. The knowledge gained by this can lead to improvements in industrial processes upstream. These improvements could not only save a company money in the long run, but also save the environment from increased volume or strength of wastewater. If your company is interested in becoming part of the CFM, please contact Paul Walker under Contributing Faculty.
