"Opti-Sciences, Inc. was incorporated in 1993 by engineers with medical and plant physiology
backgrounds. It is a 100% U.S., privately owned corporation. Currently, we design and develop field portable, scientific grade, instruments for use by universities and research companies. Design specialties include electronic design of both analog and digital circuitry, electro-optic interface, sensor design, fiber optic sensing, and laser based sensors. We also have all PC board and most mechanical design done in-house."

"Our 3000 sq. ft facility is located near Boston, MA. Just some of the in-house facilities include a prototyping machine shop, a small laboratory, and an electronics prototype shop with an extensive selection of test equipment. We also have a comprehensive stock and assembly area for finished products. All of our assembly work is either performed in-house or by U.S. based vendors."
