Apart from manufacturing sites in the UK, we  have four plants in the US engaged in design, development and manufacture of superconducting wire, alpha and gamma detectors, wavelength-dispersive spectrometers for X-ray microanalysis and X-ray tubes.

Our offices in the US, Germany, France, Japan and The Netherlands are staffed by locally recruited and highly trained Oxford Instruments' personnel. Their knowledge of the company and its products combined with a familiarity of the language and culture of the country is an invaluable resource.

Oxford Instruments is also represented in around forty other countries. Our agents are technically trained and most have been associated with the company for many years.
