Create Your Own Web Form for Handling Visitor's Questions

This service enables Web support staff in Penn State colleges, departments, and organizations to create and customize Web forms that direct inquiries to the appropriate contacts within your organization.

Forms are created in the style of an electronic postcard and can easily be modified by your area Web support staff at any time using a simple Web interface. No specialized technical skills such as HTML, FTP or scripting languages are required to create and/or modify the AskPSU forms. A Penn State Access Account is required to apply for this service.

Before applying for a form, please read the Overview and browse through some of the form samples so that you have a basic understanding of the features of this service.
