Here are links to test samples of AskPSU forms :

  • Ask ITS (Note : this is a simple one-page format).

  • Ask CSS (Note : this is a simple one-page format).

  • Ask Penn State (Note : this is a more detailed two-page format. The links on this page take you to a second page.)

    • In case that there is a single topic with an email address corresponding to a link on the main page, a simple AskPSU form is automatically generated.

    In case the link corresponds to a URL, it can either be a simple one-page form as above that you will create or to a form for requesting information that you already have created/exists.
