The first time you access your new AskPSU form, you will need
to verify that your Penn State Access Account user id is listed as an
authorized user in order to make changes to your form. This process is also
used to add additional authorized users to your form.

Important Notes:
-
Pressing the Revert button returns the screen
to the last saved changes or, in the case of a new form, to the initial
set-up. Saved changes cannot be
reversed!

Pressing the Main Menu button takes the user
back to the AskPSU main menu screen where the next operation can be selected
without submitting and/or changing the current information.

Login at the AskPSU Administrator Login at
https://clc.its.psu.edu/askpsu/admin.pl
using your Penn State
Access Account.

Press Enter or click on OK to continue.

The AskPSU Administrator Menu is displayed.

Press the Authorize button to add, change or remove
authorized users.

On the Authorize Users screen, select the AskPSU
form that requires additional users to be added.

Press the Authorize Users button to
continue.

On the Authorize Users for XXX (your form
abbreviation), enter the Penn State Access Account user id(s) of the
individual(s) you want to grant access as an authorized user.

Press the Save Changes button to save your
changes.
- Press the Main Menu button to return to continue.
