Consultants at the ITS Help Desk and lab locations can help with most of your computing questions and problems related to Internet access. If you are having problems with your Penn State Access Account, check the Penn State Access Account information or contact the ITS Computer Accounts Office.

Penn State Offices
Staff and faculty are welcome to contact the ITS Help Desk and lab locations for assistance. In addition, many colleges and departments have staff who support Internet access. If you are not sure who your computer support person is, ask in the administrative offices of your college, department, or campus.

WARNING: You are responsible for all charges associated with use of dial-up phone numbers.

ITS tests systems every day between 5:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. During this time, one or more services may not be available.
