Authorize users to modify an existing index

Note: Pressing the Main Menu button takes the user back to the Site Index main menu screen where the next operation can be selected without submitting and/or changing the current information

  1. Login at the Site Index Administrator Login at https://clc.its.psu.edu/siteindex/admin.pl using your Penn State Access Account.

  2. Press Enter to continue.

  3. Select the Authorize button to add, change or remove authorized users from the Site Index main menu.

  4. On the Authorize Users screen, select the Site Index that contains the authorizations that require modification.

  5. Press the Authorize Users button to continue.

  6. On the Authorize Users for XXX (your form abbreviation), enter the Penn State Access Account user id(s) of the individual(s) you want to grant access as an authorized user.

    Note: you can also modify or remove any of the user ids that are listed.

  7. Press the Save Changes button to save your changes.
