Enter your information in this form for Staff Template 1

In the text boxes, enter the information that you want to appear on your Web page.  You will replace the default text with your own information.

Note: Some sections are optional. These are designated by a check box by the section heading. Click on the box to place a check in it to indicate that you want to include that section on your Web page. If you change your mind and do not want to include a section, click on the box again to remove the check. By default, optional sections will not be included unless you select them by "checking" the check box.

View and Save Your Web Page

Click the Create Web Page button to see your home page with your information. While viewing your page either:

A. click your browser's Back button to return to this template page to make corrections;

Or

B. if you are happy with the way your page looks, save it as an HTML file to your local hard drive by following these steps.

  1. Select File > Save As...
  2. Give a file a name with the extension ".html" You can make this your home page, the page that appears first when people go to your Web site, by naming your file "index.html"
  3. Windows -In the Save as type drop down menu choose "HTML Files" or "All Files (*.*)" Macintosh - In the Format dropdown menu choose "source"

Note: If you have included a photo in your page, be aware that it will not actually display in your page when you click the Create Web Page button at the end of this page. Your photo will display correctly once you have uploaded the page you saved to your local disk, AND the digital photo file whose name or URL you entered in the template form, to the same directory in your personal Web space.
