This office provides and facilitates purposeful campus-wide programming by offering professional and peer advice, specialized programming guidance, program planning and registration, and assistance in initiating partnerships/co-sponsoring events. Specific programs include the Student Programming Association (SPA) and LateNight-Penn State.

This office provides support to students who want to start a student organization, enhance their leadership skills and abilities, and get involved in community service. Affiliated with this office is a student group named Students Engaging Students that offers consultations, workshops and presentations on topics such as: how to start a student organization; how to get involved in community service; team building, communication, and conflict resolution; a variety of informational and skill building programs for leaders of student organizations; and much more. The office also offers programs such as Involvement Days, Fresh START, Leaders Emerging Today, Into the Streets, and others.
