The Penn State University Police would like to announce a significant lead in the ongoing investigation of a rape that occurred on the Penn State University Blue Golf Course on July 27, 2000 and are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect. The suspect was also described as being either Hispanic or of Italian ethnicity and approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall. University Police and Michigan authorities each had a composite done of their suspect (See attached) Anyone who recognizes the individual described in this case or may have information regarding this person is asked to contact the Investigations Unit of the University Police at Penn State at 814-865-1864 or email University Police through our Silent Witness Program at
