Since May of 2005, Penn State University Police have investigated three incidents of Open Lewdness and Indecent Exposure at various locations across University Park Campus. The incidents have occurred during daylight hours. Locations of the incidents include the west sidewalk of Fenske Building, the Jordan East parking lot and the basement of South Henderson. The male has been described as being white, 5' 10" with short, light colored hair. He has been described as having a goatee and a pot belly.
