University Police Officers, Community Service Officers, and student Auxiliary Officers provide parking enforcement on behalf of the Penn State Parking Office. The Parking Office establishes and manages the rules, regulations, and parking facilities used at the University Park campus. The Penn State Department of Transportation Services directly oversees the Parking Office, as well as Fleet Operations, events parking, and general transportation services for the University community.
