Since Penn State began its continuous
quality improvement efforts in 1991, there have been over
700 teams formed at the university. Their efforts have
made a significant impact on the quality of Penn State's academic
and administrative processes. This web site features
the efforts of CQI teams and initiatives whose work
has had a noteworthy impact on the university's processes.
