Mike Jackson Signs Pro Contract With Florence Freedom

Mike Jackson (Moon,PA/Moon), former Penn State Greater Allegheny baseball player, has signed a pro contract with the Florence Freedom of the Frontier League. During Jackson's senior season he was named to the PSUAC's 1st Team and 1st team USCAA All-American. He was 8-1 on the mound striking out 64 in 58 IP, with a 2.02 ERA.

The Florence Freedom are members of the 12 team Independent Frontier League.  The league is composed of teams from Kentucky, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri and Pennsylvania. To follow the Florence Freedom: www.florencefreedom.com
