Housed adjacent to a world class indoor track facility and overlooking a state-of-the-art indoor practice field, the Multi-Sport Weight Room offers a unique atmosphere for strength training.  This facility includes a variety of free weights, selectorized, and cardiovascular equipment with easy access to play and practice areas.
