The Penn State Strength and Fitness website is the place to go for all information relating to health and fitness opportunities for Penn State students, faculty and staff.
There are four fitness facilities located on the Penn State campus that offer weight lifting and cardiovascular training: White Bldg. Fitness Center, IM Fitness Center, Rec Hall Fitness Center, and the The Fitness Loft. Each of these facilities are equipped with state of the art equipment including: Barbells, dumbbells, plate loaded machines, selectorized weight lifting equipment, stair climbers, rowers, stationary bikes and tread mills. Each facility has different hours and types of equipment so be sure to check out each location for specific information.
