Student Affairs Sustainability Team

The Student Affairs Sustainability Team operates under the direction of Damon Sims, Vice President for Student Affairs. The team's mission is to eliminate waste, improve stewardship over energy and water use and share sustainability resources with faculty, staff and students.

From Damon Sims' opening remarks at the 2010 Green Leadership Conference:

Sustainability is green both environmentally and financially. Our university's ambition to remain a good environmental steward fits neatly with its need to be fiscally responsible. Both objectives should commit all of us to this cause.
