Student Financial Aid for Adult Learners
For many students, including adult learners, paying for a Penn State education requires careful budgeting as well as partnering with the Office of Student Aid to take advantage of the federal, state, and institutional aid we provide to all eligible Penn State students.
We hope that the resources we provide within the links to your right will be helpful in answering some of your questions as you invest in a Penn State education.
The Penn State Student Parent Child Care Subsidy Program provides assistance for child care fees to low-income undergraduate student parents who are enrolled at least part-time (6 credits). For additional information and application materials, please visit the Penn State Office of Human Resources Web site.
If you would like information on other services that Penn State offers adult learners, please visit the Adult Learner Enrollment Services.
Important: After you become enrolled at Penn State, it is very important that you activate your Penn State computer access account and check your Penn State e-mail address frequently. The Office of Student Aid, and other Penn State Offices, will use e-mail to communicate with you regarding student aid and other important information while you are enrolled.
