A grade of A, A-, B+, B, B-, C+, or C earned in a course taken by examination shall be recorded on the student's transcript in the same manner as the grade earned in a course taken by enrollment, except as noted under Section 42-50.2. Grades of D and F shall not be recorded. A grade obtained by such examination cannot be used to remove a previous failure, as governed by Section 44-50.
