Feeling Stressed Out Many students sometimes find that the pressures of academic demands, social life, family, work, finances, etc., become overwhelming and unmanageable. In these situations, seeking professional help early can be very beneficial. Counseling services are available at University Park and other campuses. For African-American and Latino students who are new to University Park, the "S" Plan (Support, Survival and Success) is available to assist in adjusting to campus and to help manage the stresses that may be experienced in the first year. |
