In response to the current economy, this year’s academic advising conference will be a one-day event featuring reduced registration fees and more topic choices per concurrent session compared to past years.

Reservations:

Guestroom accommodations have been reserved at The Penn Stater Conference Center Hotel until Monday, September 28, 2009. Individual attendees must contact The Penn Stater reservations department directly to make their own guestroom arrangements and guarantee them by sending one night's deposit or giving an accepted credit card number. Call the reservations department at 800-233-7505 and refer to the Reservation Identification Number WHAJ09A to secure the conference group rate.

Guestroom Rates:

$95 per room, per night for single occupancy
$105 per room, per night for double occupancy
$115 per room, per night for triple occupancy
$125 per room, per night for quadruple occupancy

All rates are subject to occupancy taxes.

Stardard check-in time is 3:00 p.m.; standard check-out time is 12:00 p.m.
