Citations Articles published in The Mentor may be cited in print publications using the following sample APA format (from the Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association, 6th edition): When a Mentor article is cited in an electronic publication or on a Web site, please include an active link to the journal: Reprints Articles written specifically for and originally published in The Mentor may be reprinted, either whole or in part, only with prior permission from the journal editors. Requests to reprint original Mentor articles should be sent to mentor@psu.edu. Authors of original Mentor articles are automatically given permission to reprint their own articles without prior consent from the journal, as long as the appropriate attribution is included in the reprinted article. Requests for permission to reprint an article that was originally published in another source but was later reprinted in The Mentor should be directed to the author(s) of that article. A sample attribution for an article reprinted with permission is shown below. The reprint must also include the original title of the article, the author's name, and the full text (or a verbatim excerpt) of the article.
