    OrgSync is a comprehensive set of online tools designed to optimize member management and promote and facilitate both member and leader involvement. OrgSync helps universities and student organizations by equipping them with the tools necessary to improve communication, member management, and networking.

    RightNow Web
    Allows organizations to create Web-accessible knowledge bases of frequently asked questions (FAQs). Each time a customer accesses a knowledge base entry, they are given the opportunity to rate the effectiveness of the answer. This valuable feedback mechanism allows the knowledge base to intelligently rank its own entries by effectiveness, so that subsequent visitors will be presented with the best answers first.

    Edupage
    Edupage is a free e-mail service that summarizes developments in information technology. It is sent three times a week to subscribers. Where other EDUCAUSE publications focus primarily on information technology in higher education, Edupage offers synopses of a more general nature, which are extracted from the mainstream media.

    Infobits
    TL Infobits is an electronic service of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill ITS Teaching and Learning division. Each month the ITS-TL's Academic Outreach Consultant monitors and selects from a number of information and instructional technology sources and provides brief notes for electronic dissemination to educators.
