Advising Resources: Mailing Lists and Discussion Groups

Academic Advising Discussion Group
If you're an academic advisor and looking for a discussion group, you should consider ACADV. It's an active (but closed) list developed by Dr. Hal Caldwell at Ball State University and managed by Bill ("Shoes") Johnson, formerly at the University of Delaware and now at the College of New Jersey. If you're interested in subscribing, just send the message: Subscribe ACADV (your name) to listserv@listserv.nodak.edu

Bill Johnson, the ACADV listserv manager, has also created an informational web page with some helpful subscription tips.
