Advising Updates - Number 74 Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, and Penn State Abington Authorized to Award the Associate Degree in Business Administration Effective spring semester 1998, Penn State-Behrend and Penn State Abington are authorized to offer and award the associate degree in business administration. This degree program will continue to be offered by the Smeal College of Business Administration and is also offered by Penn State Altoona, the Berks-Lehigh Valley College, and the Commonwealth College.
