Advising Updates - Number 91 Penn State Abington Authorized to Offer Eleven New Minors Effective fall 1999, Penn State Abington has administrative authority for shared academic sponsorship of the eleven minors listed below. Under this authorization, Penn State Abington may offer these minors and award the minor certificate to baccalaureate graduates of Penn State Abington. The College of the Liberal arts will continue to offer these minors and will share academic sponsorship for them with Penn State Abington.
