Advising Updates - Number 115 Behrend College Authorized to Offer the Women's Studies Minor Effective fall 1999, the Behrend College has administrative authority for shared academic sponsorship of the Women's Studies minor. The Behrend College may offer the minor and award the minor certificate to baccalaureate graduates of the Behrend College. The College of the Liberal Arts will continue to offer this minor and will share academic sponsorship for it with the Behrend College.
