Advising Updates - Number 214 Altoona College Authorized to Grant Minor in Women's Studies Effective summer 2002, the Altoona College is authorized to grant the minor in Women's Studies (WMNAL). Penn State Altoona will assume the administrative services for Altoona College students enrolled in the Women's Studies minor. These services, formerly provided by the College of the Liberal Arts, include the authority to confer the minor, maintenance of records, certification of eligibility to enter the minor, and certification of graduation.
