Advising Updates - Number 296 Altoona College Authorized to Grant Minor in Political Science Effective spring 2004, the Altoona College is authorized to grant the minor in Political Science. Penn State Altoona will assume all administrative services related to the Political Science minor it delivers, including the authority to confer the degree, maintenance of records, certification of eligibility to enter the minor, and certification of graduation.
