Advising Updates - Number 302 Altoona College Authorized to Grant Minor in Health Policy Effective spring 2004, the Altoona College is authorized to grant the minor in Health Policy. Penn State Altoona will assume all administrative services related to the Health Policy minor it delivers, including the authority to confer the degree, maintenance of records, certification of eligibility to enter the minor, and certification of graduation.
