Advising Updates - Number 348 Penn State Altoona to Discontinue Offering Associate Degree in Information Sciences and Technology Effective spring 2007, Penn State Altoona will no longer offer the associate degree in Information Sciences and Technology (2IST). Penn State Altoona will stop admitting students to the program for spring 2005 and subsequent semesters.
