Advising Updates - Number 354 Penn State Altoona Authorized to Grant Minor in Biology Effective spring 2005, Penn State Altoona is authorized to grant the minor in Biology. Penn State Altoona will assume all administrative services related to the Biology minor it delivers, including the authority to confer the degree, maintenance of records, certification of eligibility to enter the minor, and certification of graduation.
