What if I have an emergency and need to stop taking the test before I am finished?

If you have an emergency while taking your tests, you will need to log out of the tests and contact the FTCAP Web Testing Helpline (814-865-8270) or l-ftcap-tech@lists.psu.edu within 24 hours of the next business day* to obtain permission to continue the tests.

* Business days are Monday - Friday.
