What if I do not have access to the Internet?

In these instances, computer placement testing will be made available to you at a Penn State campus. To request testing under these circumstances, please call the FTCAP office at 814-865-2578 between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and noon or 1:00 and 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday. Please make sure you have your Penn State Identification Number (PSU ID) available if you call.
