| David Branigan, Executive Director |
Mr. Branigan is the Executive Director of the Office of Investment Management at Penn State University, where he is responsible for managing a $1.7 billion endowment fund, $100 million in planned giving assets, as well as the University’s working capital funds. A Certified Public Accountant, Branigan has been part of Penn State’s finance administration for over 30 years. He also served as Chief Operating Officer of Hirtle, Callaghan & Co. for three years. He is on the Board of Directors of Ben Franklin Technology Partners of Central and Northern Pennsylvania and serves as treasurer of the Penn State Research Foundation. Branigan is a member of the Investment Committee of the Centre County Community Foundation. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Penn State. |

| John Pomeroy II CFA, Director, University Investments / Chief Investment Officer |
| Mr. Pomeroy became the Chief Investment Officer, Office of Investment Management at Penn State University in 2001. Previously, he was portfolio and product manager for Trinity Investment Management Corporation since 1989. Prior to that he was Vice President and Trust Investment Officer for Mellon Bank Corporation. John has been associated with the investment industry since 1972 and is a CFA Charterholder. He holds a B.S. in Industrial Psychology from Bowling Green State University and an M.A. in Urban Economics from the University of Akron. |

| Sonali Dalal CFA, Director, Investment Strategy and Research |
| Ms. Dalal is the Director, Investment Strategy and Research, Office of Investment Management at Penn State University. Previously, she worked as a manager with the Overseas Investment Finance Group at the Export & Import Bank of India. Sonali is a Chartered Accountant (CPA equivalent), holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Bombay University, and received her MBA in Finance from Penn State University. Sonali is also a CFA Charterholder. |

| Jay Sonti, Director, Investment Operations |
| Ms. Sonti joined the Office of Investment Management as Director, Investment Operations, in early 2007. Previously at Penn State, she worked in the Corporate Controller's Office and served as the Financial Officer for Penn State's Graduate School. Jay holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from Penn State University, and is currently working on her Master's degree in Higher Education, also at Penn State. |

| Ying Tang, Assistant Director, Portfolio Management |
| Ms. Hosler joined the Office of Investment Management as Senior Investment Analyst in September 2008. Previously, she worked as a Finance Manager with the United Technologies Corporation. Ying received her MBA in Finance & Investment from Yale University, and a M.A. degree in Economics from Beijing University. She is currently a CFA Level II candidate. |

| Francine Bosak, Manager, Investment Operations |
| Ms. Bosak is the Manager, Investment Operations in the Office of Investment Management at Penn State. Francine is responsible for managing life income gifts to Penn State which include Charitable Remainder Unitrusts and Gift Annuities. She also handles all security gifts made to Penn State along with other duties and projects. Francine has worked in the Investment Office for more than 13 years. She had previously worked in the Corporate Controller's Office and the College of Education at Penn State. |

| Sharon Lucas, Data Systems Manager |
Ms. Lucas is the Data Systems Manager for the Office of Investment Management at Penn State University. Sharon holds an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems. Sharon is responsible for a wide range of projects including database, web, publication and presentation operations.

| Pam Nisewonger, Staff Assistant |
| Ms. Nisewonger joined the Office of Investment Management in November 2010. Pam holds Associate degrees in Accounting and Business Managment is the first point of contact for the office, and fulfills the clerical support needs of the Investment staff.

| Karen Hulett, Accounting Assistant |
| Ms. Hulett joined the Office of Investment Management at Penn State University in 2008. Karen holds an Associate degree in Accounting and Business Administration. She is responsible for a wide range of projects including audit preparation, reconciliations, fee recording and statement management. |
